My big 'take' from the weekend: A true heart's desire necessitates a wait; a sustained longing unaffected by mood, circumstance, etc.
ReplyDeleteI love that.. and I love how God allows me, rather he WANTS me, to lay out all my longings before Him. I intend to really practice this and I can already see how it enables God to show me the HEART of my desires.
And, of course, the "stupid" JAW acrostic, which wasn't really stupid at all. What a quick, easy way to determine why there is a bite out of my delight.
And can I just say.. from the post below.. 101 CHURCHES!!!!!! You astound me, Lord!!!! Just like you promised you would.
